A clutch is composed of multiple friction plates and clutch plates. The F.C.C./TSR FLS clutch kit, a collaboration between F.C.C. and TSR, is a new type of reinforced clutch kit that increases the number of each plate by one while using FLS discs as unique friction plates.

When an engine's power is increased, the clutch's transmission capacity must also be strengthened. A "reinforced clutch" is necessary for this purpose, and the F.C.C./TSR FLS clutch kit increases clutch capacity and friction force by increasing the number of discs. In this case, resistance also increases, making it harder for the clutch to disengage. The trump card to resolve this disadvantage is the FLS disc.

The FLS disc resolves the disadvantage of reinforced clutches by attaching the friction material at an angle (Leaning) instead of straight, which allows oil to flow more easily between the friction materials. This makes the clutch easier to disengage due to oil viscosity. Since the discs are designed to be thin, the overall thickness does not change significantly despite the increased number of discs.
